Nestled in the vibrant hub of Union Square, The Inn at Union Square San Francisco offers a refined and distinctive retreat. This boutique hotel is ideally situated for guests to immerse themselves in San Francisco's diverse array of sights and landmarks, with the famous cable cars, Golden Gate Bridge, and Fisherman's Wharf just moments away.
Spotting this hotel on Booking.com was immensely fortunate for me. I picked it due to its appealing photos, value for money, glowing reviews, and prime location. Yet, the extraordinary hospitality from staff like David, Ariel, Jacara, and Abdullah was unexpected. For my birthday, they even upgraded us to a suite adorned with wine and chocolates! The suite, though spacious, felt intimate, impeccably clean, and comfortable. Can't wait for our next stay at The Inn at Union Square in San Francisco!

I absolutely loved the chic and comfy vibe of the hotel. Super clean with a friendly crew. The water dispenser and vending machines were a nice touch. The location was perfect; I felt safe walking around. Great nearby stores and proximity to Chinatown and the BART station.
Prime location in the heart of downtown. However, the breakfast was lacking. The bathroom needed grip bars in the shower, and the sink cabinets were too narrow for toiletries. The beds and bedding were perfect. A mini-bar in the fridge would have been nice.
The staff was unbelievably warm and accommodating, allowing for a late checkout and luggage storage. They couldn't have been more helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable! The coffee bar was a bonus! Though we didn't find the substantial breakfast area, we enjoyed the morning coffee and treats.

As a young solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe in this clean part of town. They secure their doors after check-in. The interior was immaculate and welcoming.
